2. Reed switch is faulty
3. Doors are not sealing properly
4. Doors are not properly aligned on frame
5. Water filter needs to be changed
6. Sudden temperature change
7. High temperature warning in freezer or fridge
8. Water filter is clogged

What can cause the refrigerator to beep 11 times?
The reed switch is what “senses” if the doors are open or closed. The reed switch activates when the magnet in the door gets in close proximity to the switch. The magnetic field closes the switch and tells the refrigerator the doors are closed. The reed switch is open when the door is open, and closed when the door is shut.

Where is the Reed Switch located?
There is a cap on top of the refrigerator that covers the hinge. This hinge connects the freezer door to the main body of the fridge. This is the area where the Reed Switch is located.

How to test the Reed Switch?
Use a strong magnet and slide it along the front part of the hinge cap on the side where the freezer door touches it when the door has been closed. If the light turns on the magnet in the door is the most likely issue.

If sliding the magnet does not get the light to turn on you should remove the hinge cap and check the connectors. Be sure the reed switch is connected to the front of the hinge cap. There are 2 wires that go to the reed switch. Check the wires to be sure they are secure and not damaged. If the connections look secure, the Reed Switch is most likely causing the issue with the fridge beeping 11 times. Remove and replace the Reed Switch.

Other issues that may cause the issue of beeping and lights not working (if bulbs are known to be in working order) are faulty wiring inside the refrigerator or the main PCB board is faulty.

I must say, your expertise is top-notch, I got a unit for my garage , from a friend, but it beeped the whole time, it was the wire on the sensor, top right, it was pulled from its connector, a little glue did the trick.
