How this reminder tool works

Add each appliance you own along with when you got it or last serviced its filter, coil, or gasket. The tool calculates the next due date for every recurring task based on typical manufacturer intervals, then sorts everything into one list — overdue first, then soonest due.

Add an appliance and the date of its last service (or install date if you're not sure).
The tool schedules each maintenance task for that appliance type on its typical interval.
Mark a task done to reset its countdown, or download a calendar file to get reminders on your own devices.

Nothing is saved between visits unless you download the calendar file, so add reminders to your calendar before closing the tab.
