The codes are for Americans temporarily living abroad such as U.S. Military troops not stationed in the US, and other US citizens that want to access their Netflix account from another country while on vacation, holiday or business travel.

Why would anyone want to access their US Netflix account from another country? Well as some people have experienced, the Netflix streaming movie offerings in other countries do not compare to what the US Netflix offers. This means more choices and 10 times the selection.
This list of USA Netflix DNS codes will work on your Android Phones or Android Tablets, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii, PS4, PS3, Ipad, Iphone, Smart TV’s, and Windows phones/PC’s.

1 – First, enter in the new DNS codes and confirm them on your Netflix streaming device.
2 – Turn OFF or UNPLUG your Netflix streaming device (Apple TV, NVIDIA SHIELD 4K, Android, iPhone, ROKU 4, Xbox, Smart TV, PS4)
3 – Unplug your modem.
4 – Unplug your router.
5 – Plug in your modem and wait until it is on and connected to the internet.
6 – Plug in your router and wait until router is on and connected to the internet.
7 – Turn ON or PLUG IN your device (Apple TV, Android phone, iPhone, Xbox, Smart TV, PS4, Roku)
8 – Once everything is on and connected, go into Netflix on your device and try streaming.

HOW TO SET DNS ON ALL CONSOLE AND MEDIA COMPONENTS
How to set the DNS codes on XBOX ONE:
- From the Xbox One home screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Network.
- Go to Advanced settings.
- Go to DNS settings.
- Go to Manual.
- (If Settings doesn’t appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)
- Enter the Primary DNS.
How to set the DNS codes on your PS3 for US Netflix:
- Log into your PS3.
- First choose Network Settings.
- Then choose Internet Settings.
- Answer Yes, and it will disconnect you from the internet.
- Select the custom option.
- Keep all settings except the DNS Settings.
- Choose manual option.
- Enter the DNS numbers.
- Save your settings and reboot your PS3.
- You can now watch USA Netflix on your Playstation in the UK and Canada.
How to set the DNS codes on Samsung Smart TV:
- Press Menu on your remote.
- This will open the settings menu.
- Scroll down to Network.
- Select Network Settings.
- The TV will show you how it has connected to the internet.
- Press Start.
- At this point, if you have a WIFI Network you will need to select it and type in your pass. (NOTE: If you are connected via ethernet this will not appear)
- The TV will now test the internet connection.
- Select IP Settings.
- Go to DNS settings and input the new DNS address and press OK.
- The connection will test to see if connected.
- Press Next to save your settings.
- Test to see if Netflix works.
How to set the DNS codes on Vizio TV:
- Push the “VIA” button on your television remote.
- Go To “HDTV Settings App.” (This opens a “Settings” menu)
- Go To “Network.” (This opens the “Network Connection” menu)
- Go To “Manual Setup.” (This opens a screen containing a list of your current network settings)
- Go To “Preferred DNS.” (You may need to turn off DHCP first.)
- Enter primary and secondary DNS.
How to set the DNS codes on your PS4 for USA Netflix:
- Go to “Settings”.
- Go to “Network”.
- Go to “Set up internet connection”.
- Choose “Use Wi-Fi”.
- Choose “Custom”.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter password.
- Choose “Automatic”.
- Choose “Do Not Specify”.
- Choose “Manual”.
- Change your Primary and Secondary DNS codes.
- Click “Next”.
- Choose “Automatic”.
- Select “Do not use”.
- Select “Test Internet Connection”.
- Go to Netflix and TEST.
Instructions on how to change your iPad’s DNS server numbers:
- On your iPad home screen click Settings.
- Click on Wifi. The available wireless networks in range of your iPad are shown.
- Find your wireless network in the list and click it.
- Click on the DNS field and delete the previous numbers.
- Enter the new DNS server. NOTE: If you enter more than one DNS number be sure to add commas between them or they will not work correctly.
- Test to be sure it is working and enjoy USA NETFLIX!
How to set the DNS codes on your XBOX 360 for UNITED STATES Netflix:
- Go to settings tab.
- Choose system.
- Go to network settings.
- Choose your WiFi network.
- Choose configure network.
- Select the box with your DNS address.
- Choose manual.
- Edit your primary and secondary DNS servers.
- Press done.
- Press B to go back, and choose Test Xbox Live Connection.
- After the test is done then test Netflix.
To change the DNS on iPad, AppleTV or iPhone:
- Go to SETTINGS
- Choose WIFI
- Click the INFO (arrow) button on your wifi connection and you will see the part that says DNS.
- ENTER in a new Netflix DNS code into the DNS box and save.
- For best results, you may need to RESTART your device.
- Enjoy USA Netflix!

I tried this using apple tv using the codes and my apple tv once restarted and did the modem and router, only my computer icon and settings icon show up on my apple tv screen. I am in Ontario.

You may have a DNS code that is not working as once we publish the new DNS codes, they can die within days as hundreds of people are accessing them. Try another DNS code. Many still work down our long list. Give it a shot and let us know your outcome. What country are you in?

My modem and router are one. And I did do that. Netflix still won’t recognize an internet connection.

You may need to restart your internet modem also. Once the new Netflix DNS codes are typed in, restart everything, and see if that works for you.
1 – Type In new DNS codes
2 – Turn off your Xbox
3 – Unplug modem
4 – Unplug router
5 – Plug in modem – Wait till it is on and working
6 – Plug in router – Wait until working
7 – Plug in or tun on Xbox…
In that order it should work perfectly.

Tried the DNS codes, Xbox connects to internet but Netflix says there’s no internet connection. Restarted both router and Xbox. How do I get Netflix to recognize internet?

Just use one of the DNS codes if your Xbox and iPad only need one. Have you tried only using one of the Primary DNS Codes? Go down the list from top to bottom and keep trying, many people tell us that many of them are still working. The NEWEST code at the top is always the newest and reported working.

Hi, I’m the UK and use my Xbox 360 and my iPad. I have no issue with my Xbox, but since the helpful “if you only need one code use this one” hints have gone I’ve been unable to use Netflix on my iPad without a paid VPN which is soooo slow and keeps login off. Help?
