    Leeann Dominguez,
You likely have a small water leak from the recent water connection to the refrigerator. Check all recent water connections. Is something not tight enough or overtightened? Did you use plumbers tape on the fittings? Did a small O-ring fall off when things were reconnected? Inspect where the water is accumulating and follow the leak upwards to find the exact source.

  4. Fridge was in storage. We put the fridge in the kitchen, attached the water and water is accumulating under the drawers pretty quickly. Thank you.

  5. Replace the heater element that is where the drain pipe is.
Samsung installs the smallest one there is and it does not keep the water thawed out.
You can order a bigger one on amazon that works great.
You can find the way to install it on youtube.

  6. HELLO, CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE WATER LINE BLACK BOX IN THE BACK OF THE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR RF260BEAESR

  7. I have water leaking under crisper drawers.
I have had a repair call and they unclogged the drain, put in a new icemaker (not related to problem but was getting paint chips in ice cubes) then it happened again, another service call.
He removed the floor of the freezer compartment and it was total ice.
Clean it all up and everything seemed fine.
He did mention that if this didn’t correct it I had a real problem (?), guess I should have asked what that would be but didn’t think of asking.
Now I have water under my crisper drawers again.
Should I give up and buy a new refrig. or have another service call?

  8. Fisher & paykel shacklock fridge-freezer, fridge at top.
There is a big panel (metal, condense water collect? Cooling unit?) At back of fridge, filling upper 1/3 of back wall. Underneath it is the skinny drip tray with a hole through the back wall (drain pipe). After cleaning this (and defrosting the freezer) water still collects and freezes. It seems to run down from the top back right corner, where pipes are hidden behind a little cover which connect to the big back panel.
Also fridge is set on lowest setting but still feels rather chilly, but well, can’t turn it any “warmer”
