Light bulbs are identified by the diameter, length, shape, and screw type. This is done in the form of letter followed by a number. A normal household light bulb is on average a 60 watt light bulb. In technical terms it is an A19 type bulb. The A means Arbitrary Shape and the 19 means size in diameter (19/8th inches or 2 3/8th inches). If you need to identify a certain type of light bulb, we have charts for bulb shapes, sizes, screw types, series, and base sizes to help you identify which light bulb you need. See below for different bulb lumens, watts, series, base sizes, screw types, and more.
