I bought a lift master 380UT remote control for my lift master model 41A3039 chamberlain garage door opener.
It was recommended by people at chamberlain.
I can’t make it work as it has 9 dip switches with the – + o.
It does not have a learn light.
I tried everything according to the manual they sent me.
I don’t know what year my opener is, but it has an old green remote about the size of my android cell phone.
The old remote works but its so big that it’s unhandy to keep in the car.
Also when I open the door, I can’t close it till the light shuts off which is about 3 minutes.
Is there a remote that will work, or is my opener too old?
