I just bought a PAN56MG1 for my mom a few weeks ago. The hose has a tear in it so she is unable to use the washing machine. Will Panda send a replacment hose? How do I contact them to get one? I am ordering one for my mom who lives in another state from me.
Panda 621 SG washer will not drain. Can hear motor buzzing but nothing pumps. Hoses all seem to be clear and no leaks can be seen when rear panel is removed. If drain pump must be replaced, what do I buy and where can I buy it?
At this point I just got it, hooked it up and it will not spin/agitate/wash it just keeps clicking. I seen great reviews but now that I typed in troubleshoot, Complaints are everywhere.
