HOW TO FIX ERROR 22 ON LG REFRIGERATOR:
- Use caution and unplug the refrigerator.
- Slide out refrigerator from the wall.
- Remove panel if applicable.
- Find the compressor start relay near the compressor.
- Remove it and replace with new.
- Be sure wires are put onto the same terminals as the old one.
- Install back panel if applicable.
- Plug fridge back in and test.
- Slide fridge back into place.
- Give the fridge some time to start the compressor.
- Once you hear the compressor turn back ON you know your fridge is now fixed.
- If fridge does not start (compressor start) check wiring.

i have a LG french door model LFXS29626s error code 22 did no see listed model for relay compressor

Freezer not working not making ice either

Sounds like everything is working now
But After 36 hours and still not freezing.

What can make a fridge freezing compartment freezing but the cooling compartment is no more cooling enough, but the fridge has both internal and external condenser and also internal evaporator for both compartment.
Hey James, I have the M/N LMX25964ST LG FRENCH Door refrigerator doing the same thing. Compressor seems to be running fine, not cooling/freezing right, get error code 22 but there is no compressor overload relay on this model. Did you get your frig repaired or end up replacing it. Appreciate any advice.
