You may have a solenoid that is not working properly, therefore the softener is not being pulled into the washer.
OR
The hole is clogged. Use a long bendable device to slide into the softener dispenser hole and try to unclog it.

I’m really in need of the service manual for the Samsung WF7708N6W front loader, could you please help me find it, or provide a download link.
I have a Simpson SWF10761 Front loader. My softener still could flow down smoothly, although I already brush and clean the softener area and also tested the siphon flowing method works. But then the problem still exists and I am suspecting the water is not flowing enough to let it flow into the washing machine’s basket. The problem here is also I am not sure which one is the right hole for the water to flow into the softener area. I tried poking all of them to unblock them but still fail. Some advice please! Thanks in advance.

May have an issue with the drain pump. If clogged or partially jammed, the washer will not final spin properly and leave clothes wet. Inspect drain pump and drain hose.
