Here we are going to show you how to make your own glass cleaner. We are all paying to much money for cleaning products including a container of Windex which runs about 5 or 6 bucks. You are paying for more than just the fluid inside. Consider the packaging, shipping the product, environmental costs, etc. When you purchase a container of Windex it contains mostly water. The actual ingredients are super cheap and not worth the high price of 5 or 6 dollars.
To Make Your Own Glass Cleaner (Homemade Windex):
1 – Empty Spray Bottle Container
1/8 Cup – White Ammonia
1/4 Cup – Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol
1 Drop – Laundry Detergent
Fill the rest of the container with distilled water.
Note: A 64oz bottle of Ammonia and a 16oz bottle of Rubbing Alcohol are a $1.00 each at the Dollar Store.
