If the water dispenser on your Samsung refrigerator has low water pressure, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the fridge.
The most common problem that can occur with a Samsung refrigerator water dispenser is slow water flow or the water being dispensed has no pressure. The water does not come out fast enough. This is caused by a variety of issues, such as a blocked water filter, low water pressure, a water line issue, water supply tube, or a faulty water inlet valve.

What to do when the water pressure is too low?
First, check if the fridge door is open as an open door will cause no water to flow. Also check that the child lock feature is not activated on the refrigerator panel. If these 2 things are not causing the issue, keep reading below.
1. Check the water filter: If it’s clogged or dirty, it can reduce the water pressure and cause a slow flow from the dispenser. Replace the filter if necessary.
2. Check the water inlet valve: Check the water inlet valve on your Samsung refrigerator. This valve supplies water to your ice maker and water dispenser, and if it’s faulty or blocked, it can cause low pressure or no flow from your dispenser. You may need to replace this part if it’s not working properly.
3. Check for kinks in the line: Make sure there are no kinks in the line that runs between your fridge and the wall connection for your water supply. Kinks can restrict or block off the flow, so straighten out any kinked lines you find.
4. Clear air gaps: Air gaps can form in the line and cause low water pressure. Air gaps can be removed by running the water dispenser until the air has been removed. You may hear hissing noises when running the water dispenser to remove air gaps, this is normal. Run it until the noise has stopped and the water begins to flow as normal.
5. Check for leaks: Make sure there are no leaks in the lines or connections. If you see any water leaking, replace or repair the part or water lines that are leaking as soon as possible.
6. Check for blockages: Check for blockages in the water lines. This can happen if debris like dirt or sediment gets into the line and clogs it up. Flush out your lines to remove any blockages that may be present. You can either remove the gunk clogging the water line using air pressure or replace the water line in that particular area with some new high quality refrigerator water tubes/lines.
7. Water pressure: Make sure there is enough water pressure coming into your refrigerator from the main supply line. Be sure the water faucet on the wall going to the refrigerator is fully open. If there isn’t enough pressure, the dispenser won’t work properly. Check with your local water department to make sure you have adequate supply pressure.

Samsung Water Dispenser Not Working
When troubleshooting a Samsung refrigerator water dispenser, it is important to understand the various components of the system. The most important components are the water supply, water filter, water pressure, water lines, and water inlet valve.
How To Fix Your Fridge Water Dispenser
Check The Water Supply
Ensure that the water line is connected to the refrigerator and that the water valve is open. If the water supply is not connected or the water valve is closed, then it will not be possible to get water from the refrigerator. In this case, the issue can be easily resolved by connecting the water line and opening the water valve.
Check The Water Filter
The water filter is responsible for filtering out impurities from the water before it enters the refrigerator. It is important to ensure that the water filter is not blocked or damaged, as this can cause a lack of water flow or a slow water flow. If the water filter is blocked or damaged, then it should be replaced.
Check The Water Pressure
Low water pressure can cause a lack of water flow or a slow water flow. In this case, the issue can be resolved by adjusting the water pressure by fully opening the water faucet to the fridge or inspecting the water inlet valve. It is important to note that if the water pressure is too high, then it can cause damage to the water line and should be adjusted.

Check The Water Inlet Valve
The water inlet valve is responsible for controlling the flow of water into the refrigerator. If the water inlet valve is blocked or damaged, then it can cause a lack of water flow or a slow water flow. In this case, the issue can be resolved by cleaning or replacing the water inlet valve.
Replace Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter
If the water filter is blocked or damaged, then it should be replaced. Replacing a Samsung refrigerator water filter is a relatively simple process and should only take a few minutes.
Locate the water filter housing by looking in the owner’s manual or checking the inside of the refrigerator. Once the water filter housing is found, the old filter can be removed and a new one can be installed.
Once the new filter is in place, the water dispenser should be tested to ensure that it is working properly. Dispense about 60 ounces of water to remove any charcoal residue that may be stuck in the water filter or water lines. Be sure you do this before your refrigerator makes ice cubes. After you run water through the system it is safe to drink and safe for the fridge freezer to make ice cubes.

Chris,
If you just replaced the complete water filter housing assembly on your Samsung fridge, check where the water lines connect there may be an issue with those parts with possibly an o-ring that is misaligned. Recheck all the water lines and all the areas where it connects to other parts.
AND
Does your Samsung refrigerator have a rubber gasket that installs with the water filter? If so it may be missing and you need to install it with the filter. If this part is missing, it can cause water flow to be inadequate.
AND
Check the water lines as it could have something stuck in the water line which prevents the water from flowing properly. Hard water can clog the water lines and cause low flow.
ALSO
Inspect the water inlet valve: The water inlet valve controls the water that flows into the refrigerator. Check it for any issues.

Hello, I am having quite a bit of trouble locating the issue with my Samsung refrigerator (model # RF28R7351SR/AA). The primary issue initially was leaking under the crisper drawers. I ended up replacing the water filter housing assembly (with new water lines included), and thawed the back wall to remove a little ice buildup. However, after replacing the housing, I have very low water flow from the water dispenser. I’ve tried a couple of aftermarket filters, but there is an OEM Samsung filter on it now. I’ve tried running warm water through the door line, thinking there may be ice buildup, but that doesn’t seem to correct the issue.
I’ve ruled out a water pressure issue, since when I disconnect the water line at the top of the refrigerator at the water hose connection point, I can get full pressure. I don’t know if those little connection points go bad or if there is something further in the door that I cannot locate.
Any thoughts on what to do next?
