Error Fault Condition – Water Inlet Valve Fault.
Repair or Check – Unplug the washer from power. Reconnect any non secure wires on the water inlet valve. Replace the wire harness if it is found to be damaged. If the wiring is okay then measure the resistance of the water inlet valves using an ohm meter. If the resistance of each water inlet valve solenoid is not 60 to 62 ohms then replace the complete water inlet valve assembly.

Remove any objects found between the spin basket and the tub. An object could be interfering with the spin basket clutch engagement. Replace any broken drive components.

F&P top loader WL80T65CW1 seems to run OK but doesn’t advance through cycles properly. It was on the wash part of the Regular cycle for 90 minutes last night (the count down timer showed 35 minutes to go throughout this time), and the claimed 9 minute spin cycle for 120 minutes (I forgot to come back and check it). It shows an error code 136 from 6 washes ago because I did have a very unbalanced load, but no other error codes. Can turn on all functions manually, e.g. spin, drain, fabric softener, etc. Any help appreciated!

Hi I have a Fisher & P top loader washing machine. I moved it a little to get access to replace taps on wall. Now it will not allow cold water to enter machine. Hot is ok. however will not rinse unless it is with hot water. I believe it is error code 3 . is there a reset button . I have a aquasmart model WL70T60D. I think my housemate put it in diagnostic mode but unsure. essentially the lights that are illuminated are ‘delicates’, ‘sheets’ and ‘high efficiency’. I think this might be error code 40 something but I have no idea. Any help?

The FIsher and Paykel Error Code 104 is a communication error between the display PCB and the main controller PCB.
This can be caused by a faulty display pcb, faulty main controller PCB, faulty drain pump or faulty RPS on motor.

Earlier I had a 62 I think or 64 which sounded like pump issue (won’t drain after first wash).
Any clues please?
