I have a top loading Samsung VRT. Every time we use the washer, if it’s not on a quick wash or an all cold water wash, it shuts down with a 4C code. You have to unplug and then plug in to be able to power it off. There is no kink or obstruction in the lines and no matter how long you unplug it doesn’t reset. Just keeps doing the same thing over and over
